• Apply wax forming coating using Dev VCI O-Shield 80 on bare metal.
• Enclose with Dev VCI Shrink Film.

Draw works

• Degrease the wire ropes with Dev VCI OD53.
• Derust with Dev Rust remover/Dev VCI W-Shield+
• Apply wax forming coating using Dev VCI O-Shield 80 on bare metal.
• Wire rope surfaces are lubricated and preserved with Dev VCI O-Shield 87.
• Enclose with Dev VCI Shrink Film.

Drill Line Spooler

• Degrease the wire ropes with Dev VCI OD53.
• Apply wax forming coating using Dev VCI O-Shield 80 on bare metal.
• Wire rope surfaces are lubricated and preserved with Dev VCI O-Shield 87.
• Enclose with Dev VCI Shrink Film.

BOP Test Unit

• Degrease with Dev VCI OD53.
• De-rust with Dev Rust remover/ Dev VCI W-shield+.
• Apply wax forming coating using Dev VCI O-shield 80 on bare metal.
• Enclose with Dev VCI Shrink Film.

Top Drive

• Degrease with Dev VCI OD53.
• De-rust with Dev Rust remover/ Dev VCI W-shield+.
• Apply Wax Forming Coating Using Dev VCI O-shield 80 on Bare Metal
• Enclose with Dev VCI Shrink Film.

Rotary Drive

• Degrease with Dev VCI OD53.
• De-rust with Dev Rust remover/ Dev VCI W-shield+.
• Add oil additive Dev VCI Oil Guard+ for internal preservation.
• Apply wax forming coating using Dev VCI O-shield 80 on bare metal.
• Enclose with Dev VCI Shrink Film.
